Omni CardPay (OCP) is an automated Customs fees-related payment processing feature, removing the need for manual handling by the customer service team as well as the need for an external agency to manage these payments.
Omni CardPay allows SEKO to request Customs fee payments, allowing for a smoother process of the consignment once it reaches the import destination.

Omni CardPay is integrated with Hurricane, ensuring import thresholds are up to date.
Omni CardPay is configured on an end-mile carrier level under a site.
Processing fees will always be in the destination country’s currency.
Omni CardPay Statuses and Meaning: There are 4 possible statuses for payment created in OCP
- Paid: The parcel has been paid and is ready for processing
- Unpaid: The parcel is unpaid and is not yet aged. The parcel should be set aside until either Paid, Aged, or Rejected.
- Aged: The consumer did not pay in time and the parcel is now Aged. RTS process should commence as per retailer requirements. The duration for a parcel to become Aged is determined as per retailer requirements.
- Rejected: The payment request has been rejected by the consumer and the RTS process should commence as per retailer requirements.
