We’re sorry to hear about the delay with your parcel. As much as we try to avoid them, delays are regrettably in the nature of Ecommerce. There may be multiple reasons for the delay you are experiencing such as; weather related issues, staffing issues with our partner providers, mechanical breakdowns and more.
When posed with delay queries, please follow the steps below;
- Please check if your parcel, despite the delay, is still within the agreed delivery timeframe.
- If the delay exceeds the agreed upon timeframe and If you haven’t been notified about the delay relating to your parcel by SEKO, please reach out to our friendly CS team so we can help to rectify this for you immediately.
