Because of data privacy and specific agreements between our clients and their customers we at SEKO are not allowed to provide any Customer Service assistance on our client's behalf. Seko is not allowed for example to accept a change of address, or a redelivery request directly from a customer, etc.
As such, we encourage our clients to never tell their customers to contact SEKO directly.

In the event that a customer reaches out to SEKO directly, we will friendly refer them back to the retailer explaining why we cannot assist them.
