Whether there has been a change of heart or simply wrong items have been order, requesting an RTS (return to sender) on your behalf is an option SEKO is happy to action.
Upon reaching out to SEKO CS and requesting RTS, our team will delve into the current status of your parcel and request this RTS either from our internal warehouse by blocking the consignment, or, with our trusted third-party carriers depending on its current location.
To request an RTS:

Please be aware: the further into the delivery journey the parcel is, the likelihood of the success of this request decreases. SEKO cannot guarantee the success of any RTS request, however, we will endeavour to exhaust all avenues to try and make it happen for you.
